Out of the blue one day I called Josh and said, “We’re doing a podcast.” Then I bought a book and started ordering equipment – THAT DAY.

Josh: You see the way to get somewhere, I see where we need to go, and that’s why we work so well together. I’d say one of your biggest superpowers is Speed of Implementation.
Chad: I believe that you can get more out of podcasts than any other type of media right now. I got into podcasts in the last two years when I really started wanting to get in shape. So I started listening to podcasts while I was working out.
The information was so good it drove me to go work out for an hour or more at a time because that was the only time I got to consume it. So podcasts not only taught me a ton about the business side of things, they motivated me to work out and made it enjoyable. For the first time in my life, I was enjoying the process of exercising and getting in shape.
Josh: We took action on getting the podcast started with the idea that this was something we were going to do big and win at. We went all in and invested money to get everything we needed to make it the best anyone has ever heard.
We didn’t even have to talk about what the podcast would focus on, we were automatically on the same page with things. When we talk, we talk about ways to level up. There’s something built within both of us that believes everyone could be an entrepreneur. So we knew going in that we’d talk about entrepreneurship and personal development type things.
Chad: We knew we wanted to do it on a large scale and do it for the next five years. We’re committed to providing valuable education and content. We’re here to provide value for entrepreneurs and help you make your business life more successful and less stressful on a daily basis.
This was also an avenue to host people and have people join us and to learn things from people we know about how they started their businesses.
We were so “in,” that week, we hired a podcast consultant.

Josh: That’s what got us started. For me it began in the early 2000’s when I fell in love with audible learning. I was listening to tapes of people like Zig Ziglar. It was the stories that inspired me. Then when podcasts came out, I remember listening on my iPod at midnight, 2am, 3am while I was hustling on my side-gig (knowing I had to be at the office by 8am or I’d get in trouble) and that was what kept me ALIVE.
I knew that someday, there was going to be a guy out hustling at his side-gig and I would be the one talking to him, telling him he has what it takes and it’s worth it. And that’s how this podcast was BORN.

You and I both lived an Entrepreneur Adventure. And we want to find out the other adventures our peers have lived too.
Chad: I truly feel like my business life is an adventure. And I love it. We all learn so much in day to day life through our adventures. Every entrepreneur gets that. And at the end of the day, we just keep coming back for more. It’s something inside of us that craves adventure and growth, and craves achieving a higher level of success – no matter how high we have to climb to get there.
